National coordination mechanism for tobacco control a model for the African region

This document on national coordination for tobacco control provides guidance to enable Member States to establish and strengthen coordination of tobacco-control efforts in their respective countries, in that tobacco control is not just a health issue but one that affects the whole government and indeed the whole society.
